At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us at askmuniclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, final sale, and hygiene-related items cannot be returned.
